Regional Marketing Coordinator

Summary of Position:

The Regional Marketing Partner helps lead the brand’s local marketing efforts. This includes developing outreach strategies and tactics that will help grow the business in each city. This individual will be personally accountable for outreach in their region. They will help define the team’s priorities, track their progress, and frequently report on results.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the Ruby brand and Marketing Strategy. This will be executed through local grass-roots Marketing, Sponsorships, and active community involvement.
  • Clearly outline the intended ROI for each opportunity and define how success will be measured.
  • Prepare updates and reports for the Executive Team at regular intervals throughout the year.
  • Visit and build relationship with each GM in your territory. Complete a restaurant audit and deliver feedback and Marketing KPI’s for each restaurant.
  • Meet with each restaurant weekly to discuss events, relationships, and sales driving tactics.
  • Ensure all guest reviews/inquiries, donation requests and e-commerce sales are responded to in a timely fashion.
  • Create and responsibly manage annual local marketing budgets.
  • You are the Brand Ambassador, build relationships within the community for partnerships.
  • Required to attend all scheduled catering and community events

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of event planning, community engagement, or customer service experience.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team that works remotely, in various markets.
  • A strong understanding of multi-unit restaurant operations.
  • Superior speaking, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to solve problems on your feet.
  • Proven experience with budget and timeline management.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to work with various departments, hourly and professional leadership.
  • Previous operational experience in executing events.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
